The room with a lovely view to the church ruins in front. The venue was in a central location just next door to the city centre and all shops. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Bath.

The staff are good and perfect, managed the parking onsite. The ambiance is comfortable. The a double room is luxury and tasteful. The breakfast is gorgeous and excellent with the outstanding freshly prepared cooked options and also pastries, there’s an option for each taste.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Tony had fresh scones, butter and jam for us as we arrived. The breakfast was fantastic in a sunny room. The location was excellent - just a few minutes walk to the center of Bath.

Great location very near to Bath town centre. Easy walking distance to the heart of Bath. Bed was very comfy. Nice selection of DVDs provided free to pass the evening hours. Varied and well presented assortment of breakfast choices. Top notch b&b, but the price does reflect this.

The unit is a nice size, with a spacious bathroom. It is conveniently located close to the main town centre, Roman baths, parish church, Pulteney Bridge, and the shops in Town. the area is relatively quiet.
